Kuler is a free Adobe application that works in the Adobe Air setting. Kuler gives you the chance to access hundreds of colour palettes so you can have a wide range of tones when working on a design like a webpage. In Kuler the palettes are ordered by category: popularity, randowm, creation date, etc.

Creating themes with the tools included in Kuler is easy. You can configure all the colour detail. It includes colour extraction tools to generate themes from an image, which you can upload to or download from Flickr. Also, if you have any doubt, just contact the international Kuler community, who will give you solutions, ideas, opinions, etc.

Kuler is a tool worth considering, and also consumes few system resources.
